4 years ago, on October 10, 2019, Eng.Teodor Osikovski, through his investment structure Euro Technoconsult Group, added the energy company KMC JSC to his portfolio.
Today KMC JSC is a high-tech company providing specialized repairs in the energy sector. The company offers a wide range of services in the field of energy related to modernization of security systems, extension of the service life of power units, increasing the reliability of control and management systems of NPP, TPP, HPP.
Over the past 4 years, KMC JSC has managed to attract highly qualified personnel, provide modern technological equipment and production capacity. It employs a team of 220 qualified professionals having over 30 years of experience in the energy industry.
For the past 4 years, the company’s head office in Sofia was joined by branches in Kozloduy, Radnevo and Burgas, and the main manufacturing facility is located on the Kozloduy NPP site. In 2022, KMC has founded a new company in Greece, KMC Greece S.A., whose main purpose is the execution of specialized repairs in the energy sector.
In 4 years KMC JSC has concluded contracts with Kozloduy NPP, State Enterprise National Railway Infrastructure Company, Troleybusen Transport-Vratsa and other companies.
Over the past 4 years, KMC JSC has completed and implemented dozens of projects, including the rehabilitation of Belmeken Power Plant, electrical installation works at Kozloduy NPP Unit 5, and the annual repair of Kozloduy NPP Unit 6; the company has launched a new hot water boiler in Orlandovtsi THP, supplied electricity to Kozloduy NPP facilities and buildings, reconstructed the Valchi Dol power substation, upgraded a turbine unit at Sofia TPP and many others.
In 4 years KMC JSC became a member of the Bulgarian Chamber of Builders and of Bulatom.
The owner of KMC JSC, Eng.Teodor Osikovski, was elected Co-Chairman of the Board of the Bulgarian Welding Union and member of the Board of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Power Engineers (BBCE).
In 4 years KMC JSC has grown to become a leading company in the field of specialized repairs in the energy sector.
